We have also planted over 400 new natives on the harbour and wetland facing boundaries of Lot 6 & 7 we hope this will add to the already amazing birdlife.

Golden Homes have finished and handed over the build on Lot 4 which is looking really good. We will showcase some photos in the next newsletter.

There has been other progress on other sections as well with lots of the owner completing projects. All in all it is looking really good around the subdivision ready for a blossoming spring!

Well the day that us as developers and our amazing section purchasers have been waiting for has arrived. The issue of the new Titles…..

This is one of the most exciting updates to date! We have received our 224C Certificate, which is now with Land Information NZ (LINZ) and our solicitor is working through the process of obtaining the titles.

Traffic resolution reports and naming of road extension applications all approved. All paperwork sorted with Auckland Council and 224 Certificate Received. We are now expecting 224c any day.

June 2024

Traffic resolution reports and naming of road extension applications completed and supplied to relevant parties for approvals. This is quite a process with back and forth and then waiting for the Local Board and Auckland Transport Traffic Controls Committee to accept the final reports and applications onto their agendas and then approve them at their next scheduled meetings.

May 2024

The grass has taken well and is growing fast. The full subdivision got its first proper mow after works have finished. Street light testing and other inspections have been carried out by Auckland Transport.

March 2024

Auckland Council final sign off of physical works and lodging and processing started for Auckland Transport.

January 2024

Completion of all subdivision construction & physical works on site completed and final inspections underway. A great milestone for the team to hit before the end of the year!

December 2023

The final stage of physical subdivision construction is nearing completion with 223 sign off received and compliance paperwork and sign offs all starting to roll in ready for 224(c) and lodging for the new titles. Very exciting times.

Final Stages of Engineering Approvals

We are now down to the final few items with Auckland Transport on the new road which will be constructed to extremely rigorous and robust engineering standards. It looks like this should be approved in April ready to start full civil construction soon after.
