How many sections are available?

We currently only have 3 sections left available one of which has a completed tiny home set up for short term rental already built on it.

What restrictive building covenants are there?

There are no developer set restrictive covenants only those that are council conditions of the subdivision consent in relation to light reflectivity of colours, maximum building heights and fence heights.
