More homes completed. More native plants planted and only two undeveloped sections left for sale

It has been a while since we have sent out a news letter and there has been a lot happening around the subdivision with the completion of a two bedroom tiny home on Lot 7 which is now available for sale and short term accommodation rental,

We have also planted over 400 new natives on the harbour and wetland facing boundaries of Lot 6 & 7 we hope this will add to the already amazing birdlife.

Golden Homes have finished and handed over the build on Lot 4 which is looking really good. We will showcase some photos in the next newsletter.

There has been other progress on other sections as well with lots of the owner completing projects. All in all it is looking really good around the subdivision ready for a blossoming spring!
